If you think you are "stable" try running this program at high priority, u may be wrong!

http://www.born2oc.be/ go to downloads... and get the program "toast"

I find CPU Burn is a bit more stressing than that. Toast on high priority gives me a choppy mouse, CPU Burn = move my mouse, see the pointer move on screen several seconds later. Higher temperatures too of course...

well these 2 programs seem to somehow find a way to rape my stability

Eh if everything you do runs without a hitch with the exception of Toast and CPU Burn - and that's what I saw when I was at your house - who cares :).

Leo,

Do you do anything special? When I use cpuburn, any mode and high priority I get *less* heat and a smooth mouse compared to toast on high.

Please help me crash my system ;)

Yeah I use CPU burn too. cpu is @ 100% constantly for however long you want. Nice stuff.

Try running prime95 on realtime and 3dmark on realtime simultaneously. If you can do that for a couple of hours without crashing you need to clock higher :p.

Prime95 is good enough for me. Tests the processor, and memory subsystem for errors.

Toast, BurnK7, Prime95 and 3DMark. If everything is ok after 24H then is stable enough for me

I use toast myself, folding, UT, and 3dMark to test stability. If it survives them for a day it's likely 100% stable ;)
