For some reason now, whenever I open ANY program, it takes like 15-20 seconds to get open,wtf? i'll click any program like SiSoftSandra, AIM, IE, all my games, etc.. and it takes about 20 seconds to start..
I havent changed ANY important things that would cause this, except for my new 9800 that I installed a few days ago, but I doubt that has anything to do with this. I thought it might have been my overclock (which ran Prime95 for 12 hours without a glitch) so I set my cpu back to default speeds, but the same thing happens. could it possibly be something in my BIOS? maybe??
