Ok, I'm sick of searching for such a mouse.
I need a mouse with the following features:

2 wheels scrolling for horizontal + vertical
1 thumb button + 2 (backward-forward) buttons
Wired.
All buttons must be programmable.
This will be used for graphic design, Basically similar to an MX Revolution with a cord and a better ergonomic design.

Thnx.

Better ergonomic's than an MX Revolution!!! I use an MX regularly (helps a lot with huge excel sheets, searching through code, any real productive work) and I couldn't ask for a more comfortable design. Have you tried the MX and found it uncomfortable? Just wondering really. Maybe my hands are just different. Any reason you need wired? Are you trying to avoid wireless because of battery life or sketchy performance?

To be honest, I think it might be hard to meet all those critera.
Best of luck though.

I give thumbs up to the G5 rev 2. It has everything you are asking for I believe and a great feel. The interchangeable weights are also nice for people who want a heavier mouse.

normally i would say lachesis, but i dont think it would work here.
it only has one scroll wheel, and it has basically 2 buttons that you can use, and they're kinda programmable, but in games, you're best off leaving them as mouse 4 and mouse 5.

MX518. It's an old (relatively), but very nice mouse. It has only one scroll, but it can be pressed for horizontal scrolling...

Razer lachesis, could be used as right handed , left handed, pretty amazing programming options, great grip and it smells nice

two scroll wheels? :O

Get a sidewinder, you'll be satisfied beyond reason.

Backing up the post on the MX518. It is relatively simple but fits my hand perfectly. You won't be disapointed...

I was disappointed with the G9. Before you get it, think about spending $80 for a mouse with adjustable sensitivity. The super scroll wheel is nice, but you're not going to use it unless you enable it, which makes it less convenient. That's about it for features.
IMHO spend less money and get a wireless mouse as well...I would have liked a G7 but they were discontinued at the time :(
Haven't heard many complaints about the G5.
