fire hazard using LED/cathode tube lights?

Is there fire hazard using either LED/cathode tub lights in the case?

my arcylic LED light gets warm after running for 10min.

No LEDs aren't a fire hazard.

CCFL aren't either as long as you treat them nicely enough. Just don't pull on the wires to unplug them from the inverter otherwise you might tear the insulation. And torn insulation = bad, and you can't really fix it, and that can pose a slight fire risk. Ask me how I know...

But no, in normal operation neither really is a fire hazard.
