Signature question

I feel really stupid asking this... but how do I get my signature to refresh? I changed the template to a different one, but it wont seem to update. I updated a few submissions last night but my signature still reflects August 1st. I tried the "force a refresh" in the signature area on hwbot.org but it wont seem to take effect. Am I missing something?

It seems to take forever.. Mine was originally stuck on an old image and it took a few days and emails to get mine to refresh.
