Well that's a STmicroelectronics inc. chip. I'n not too sure after searching for a while which one is what. Looks like your chip says M1041. Are you sure the last # isn't rubbed off and may be something else? Like M104W http://www.st.com/stonline/books/pdf/docs/9279.pdf Personally i don't think that pdf is your chip.
