I have 2 x 1024 6400HZ ddr2 kit, and it has some boot problems. I can boot one stick with 666mhz, 5-5-5-15 with 2.0 volts. but it refuses to do both sticks. One stick seems to have more problems with the other, because the second stick has problems booting at gskill factory settings, timings and volts. Is this common? This happens on my 965 chipset, and my p35 chipset.

dude... I have the same issue! i asked here in the thread before somewhere if it was common for that but it was in the wrong section so no one answered. I have 3 sticks of the 1 gig HZ. and mainly when i shut my pc down wrong or the circuit breaker goes out, this happens. i get away with it when i set the memory voltages up high... like 2.25V plus

yea same issue. I would run my sticks at 2.15 all the time even on low settings, but once in a while i would get a no boot. I would have to keep trying and eventually I would get lucky and it would turn on. Now I'm on a new chipset, and I ahve the same problems. I think the memory is dying or something.

I sent in an RMA request in an email. I hope to get it worked out.

Same issue happened to one of my Team Xtreem D9GMH sticks. I've had the issue for like a couple of months (I don't really shut down the comp other than in rare cases) and it got only worse and worse and now it doesn't seem to wanna boot at all despite using some crappy timings and frequency and 2.25v for example. So I just ordered a new kit.

Yea same issues. Now they don't work at all. And I'm surprised even when I'm running a fan over them, and using 2.2 volts at stock settings. They refuse to boot. It's ridiculous. I still havent heard back from RMA support and its been 3 days already. I'm not liking this kind of support. OCZ treated me better :(, even when I was at fault.

They returned the product in 3 days, I don't know how they did it so fast.... It took 3 weeks to get my video card RMAd, and this ram takes only 3 days... amazing

holy crap... did you like. send in an RMA to gskill or where u bought it from? Cuz i sent mine into Gskill Thursday. I also sent them a message asking for different memory with a longer life span but the same money value as the HZs. I havnt got a reply. I know its a long shot but worth a try.

I have a set that I'm having the same problem. So does it mean that the F2-6400PHU2-2GBHZ still in production?
