I am trying to add vignetting to a pic. I was going to do a gradient from the center but It is either fust the pic and does nothing or it is black and white with no picture. Any advise?

Don't use Paint.NET? I tried it, but didn't really like it... I have since moved on to Lightroom.

Paint.net is supposed to be like Photo Shop. I ended up using gimp and there was an online instruction. I bet it is the same thing in paint.net. I hate how none of the programs are user friendly.
