Well after having a unit built by gomeler and needing to get it retuned i tried having teyber work with it but it was giving him issues, I then talked with CaptainCascade and hes a stand up guy. Big shoutout to him for willing to take the time and help me with this. His shop is pretty damn cool too, didnt really know what much of the stuff was but he pointed out a couple cascades and an autocascade. Thanks again captain hopefully we get this baby up and running!!

" i recomended de-minimus venting for a overcharged unit."

This is against the law and should be noted as such.

"Venting refrigerants into the atmosphere for any reason is unlawful. Only
very minimal (de minimus) releases associated with good-faith attempts
to recapture and recycle or safely dispose of refrigerants are permitted. "

To Circaflex:
Is this pissing match really necessary?
If the guy made a good faith attempt to fix something he didn't build in the first place you say thanks for trying and move on not toss a dig at him in a post to thank someone else.
I consider myself damned good at what I do and yet I've run into situations I couldn't resolve. That is life my friend. None of us are perfect and making comments as fact based on a third parties observations who didn't even look at the unit is unfair to these guys.
No need to respond on this, just continue with your thank you thread

Excuse my absence. You've got a pm, a check, and an apology coming your way. I'm sorry i left so abruptly and without any contact or word., I've been in New Orleans helping my mom out. She's diabetic and has been having issues.
