Hi guys!

I'm looking buy an mATX board for a rig I'm helping someone put
together.

For the time being we are going to use his old X2 3600+ Brisbane
but we will eventually upgrade to a Phenom.

I've looked around the and 780G boards looked pretty interesting
except that they only support 90w Phenoms.

I read a bit about the GF 8200 and it looks like a good chipset but
I couldn't find any reviews.

Any input or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

If you will switch to Phenom x4 later on
I suggest you look for board that support 140W TDP Phenom (Phenom 9950BE)

The latest one from ASUS should do
*M3N78-VM
But beware of the cooling of CPU PWM .. it runs quite hot even with a 95W Phenom x4 9750

I tried look for Gigabyte & MSI board but they don't have a mATX solution that will work with 140W Phenom x4 9950

If you aren't in a hurry to build the system , wait for AMD 790GX platform ,you probably have better chance

I saw this nice mATX 790GX board from DFI in Computex 2008 , hopefully they will have it out soon
