I see lian now has top covers for some of there cases...

Question is what rads are they lined up for???

Looks to me there lined up for a standard 120mm fan so would have to mount fan>rad which is what most of us do anyways. They do looks nice
Hopefully they are priced well!!

here's a example

Just an eyeball makes it obvious that's its standard 15 mm Black Ice spacing.

I wouldn't mind one of those for my PC-P80.

A dual rad in the roof without the need for modding sounds good. :yepp:

That's what I'm was thinking of too. No top either for the 2010/2110 new series; they did the same mistake again, non interchangeable tops on these. Custom cutting and drilling required  What the hell are they thinking of

Because a TC is just way too fat for most top-mounts.. plus I wouldn't have one due to their build "quality"
Anyway, it seemed to me like these were available for some time now? Never got one (yet) but I just might ;)

Sorry for bringing the topic back from the dead, but can anyone tell me if the top will fit a TFC Feser 360 Rad?

No. Feser 360 has a 17mm spacing, while I believe this top is for 15mm spacing.

Edit: Somewhat unrelated, but if you have a A7010 or A7110 the top will fit, but the IO-panel on the replacement top is too small and cannot be used.

Damit! Will a 120.3 PA fit then? In that case I have to sell the TFC and me a Thermochill

No, the PA is even bigger. 24,5mm spacing if I remember correctly. Your two best options are probably the MCR and GTX if you want to use that top.

FYI to anyone looking at one of these. I asked about the PC-7X tops since I've got a PC-A77 and I was hoping maybe they would fit, but no deal. It seems Lian Li has no love for modding the A77 as none of their modding components seem to fit it (other than for instance the drive bays which are used on other cases).

Anybody know if there is one available for the V2000B+II?

I have a HW Labs Black Ice Xtreme GT Gen Two.

I chose that radiator because it is more suited to my higher revving Ultra Kaze 3000's. I have a fan controller so I have the best of both worlds...high performance, but quiet when I wanna muffle them. I also chose it because they said it is easier to clean, the finish is much nicer (which it is), and it has standard hole spacing. Looks like I made a good move.

Sweet!!! Nice pics. I'm still hanging on to the fan solution cuz my CPUs (all 8 of them :P) are well within limits at full load, and water cooling is out of my $ range and expertise.

http://www.flickr.com/photos/soulfile/3044687479/sizes/l/

... but the supermicro sensors report a high system temp, possibly cuz the NB is right above the graphics card, which is cooking it.

Since this is a Lian Li PC-62 case I was looking at some of the custom top panel or side panel replacements with fan housings, but seems they're only available for standard ATX, not EATX (even though says for PC-6X cases). :( Anyone know of a custom shop that might help me out? I don't have the tools or know-how.

No. Feser 360 has a 17mm spacing, while I believe this top is for 15mm spacing.
Actually, Feser's moved to 15mm as well. It's just some of their first models that were 17mm. Which is why 15mm fan spacing makes a lot more sense - it gives you the options of Swiftech, HWL, and TFC rads, along with any other companies that use that particular spacing.

I bought this one from PPCS:

Lian Li are notoriously slow at releasing their new products. It tooks months before the T-703 top panel was available. What you can do is buy the T-713B. I'm 99% sure it fits the A7110 as the T-703B fit the A7010 perfectly. The only problem is the I/O panel on top which was smaller on the A71/70, but a little bit of dremelling solves that. You also need to put the PSU on the bottom, but that's not really a problem.

T-703 looks like it will fit on a rocketfish. If this is true, I'll buy one. I'd rather not cut my rocketfish if I don't have to.

I'll probably end up getting one.

I contacted them before purchasing mine and they confirmed it will fit.

it's a Lian Li PC-62B. Basically it's just a very deep midtower for eATX boards. I have two machines using this case model, and I just like the simple elegant look, plus all the removable, slidable stuff... all things Lian Li excels at. I think I asked PPCS about a side panel which they said they didn't have, but I'll ask about the top panel.

SuperMicro sent me a beta BIOS which is supposed to give you more access / control over system temps / limits etc. I'm reluctant to install it... besides being a beta, it's just covering up the problem, not solving it.

Not this silly concept again.

The heat will go where ever the air is directed in a case, even something like a Yate Loon SL running @ 5V will be enough to influence the air pattern enough to stop natural "convection"

Actually, there is no hole spacing on the panel, it's just a rectangle.
The hole spacing is in the radgrill supplied with the panel.
In this is case, yes, the hole spacing is 15mm which fits Swiftech and HW Labs rads.
I also have the bitspower radgrill and it also fits Swiftech/HW Labs.

Anyone knows if the triple radiator top cover would fit PC-A77 as well?

I think not. The power and reset switches are located in the top panel of an A77. There aren't any genuine Lian Li top panel with these holes.

http://www.lian-li.com/v2/en/product/product04.php?cl_index=2&sc_index=10&ss_index=74

However, it would be relatively easy to drill holes to accomodate these switches if you felt inclined. I am not sure which panels may or may not fit the A77 though :confused:
