I run my Striker daily at 450FSB with 9 multi...(1501bios) it has absolutely no issues with the Wolfdale, neither with the 8800GTX... I haven't tried the GTX 280 on it as some say it's best to have a PCI-E 2.0 to enable full bandwith... so before rushing out and to buy another mobo , give the good old Striker a go... if it underperforms you can still opt for another mobo with Intel chipset...

For ya total speed limit yaself at 4ghz as you will require 1.3 or less volts... for more you prolly need to go over 1.4 Vcore which isn't recommended for 45nm CPU's (unless you get a an excellent batch that can do with less volts)

Keep us posted what gives...
