Is 0.61x NB GTL safe on P5K Premium?

To get this rig at 500x8 I need this

500 FSB x 8
DDR2 1002 @ 5-5-5-15-3-105-6-3-3
Vcore @ 1.4 (1.375 real)
CPU PLL @ AUTO
FSB term @ AUTO
Dram @ 2.2v
NB @ 1.4v
SB @ 1.05v
Load Line Calibration Enabled
CPU GTL 0.63x
NB GTL 0.61x
CPU/PCI-e Spread disabled.

thats fine but those two settings i quoted are ones you want to watch also.

fsb term and auto PLL will make them go thru the roof

cpu and NB gpu should be set to exactly what you have them set to.
you can also use x61 cpu GTL if the cpu can handle it. its a (lower setting remember)

I'm not 'round XS much, sorry for the misplacement.
Think I should remove them from auto and set them manually at the lowest?
Also, 0.61x is a lower setting than 0.63x? I really don't understand what they signify.
