I need assistance in scheduling a script to backup our VMs with NT/Windows Backup. We need the VM to suspend, be backed up, then start back up as soon as the backup is completed. Just a sample script would work so I could build from it. I'm just horrible at making the basic framework.

Well what VM software are you using? I'm guessing such a task could be completed in part with a batch script, though I'm not to sure to what degree one could interact with, say Virtual PC 2007 via the command line. I suppose it depends on what built-in command flags it contains? If you're using a VM suite a bit more the way of open source, well that could be a completely different story.
