Cloudy Pipes

After about a month of my current setup my pipes have gone cloudy. The swiftech res and water are still clear.

I'm thinking I didnt clean the radiator out properly (though I gave it a damn good try!). Could it have been caused by adding in to much PT nuke? I think I put around 3-5 drops in...

I'm going to take it all apart today, replace the tubing and inspect all the blocks. If everything else is ok I'll rinse well with distilled water, does this sound alright?

Opps, I should say its 3/8" Clearflex 60 if that makes a difference

Yeah, plasticizers. Edit the original post, click advanced, then at the very top. But really no need.
