View Full Version : Final Fantasy XIII coming to XBOX 360!

Square-Enix announced this UBER title is coming to XBOX 360 during Microsoft E3 conference. It will easily be ported to 360 because the game is made with the Unreal engine. :) No need to buy a PS3 for me!
I hope they plan on releasing it for the PC through STEAM. It won't even cost them that much. CMON!

PS3 has lost some pretty big exclusive developers and game titles to the 360, and the consistent loss of Final Fantasy titles must really sting.

Considering the majority of the Square games are on the 360 and not all of them are available on a PS3, I think I'll be grabbing a 360 at the end of the year. The PS3 has a tiny library compared to the 360 and since I mostly play jRPGs losing all of these exclusive titles was a bad move by Sony. I wonder why it all went wrong.

im not sure why some1 would want that, it would be scaled down or 3-5 disks
after MGS4 the power blue ray makes the console

3-5 disks wouldn't be all that bad. FFVII, VII and IX spanned over 3-4 disks. I would rather change disks than have to wait 10 minutes for the next act of MGS4 to install.

its actually being developed on it first!
There' hasn't been a final fantasy for PC since FF7 and FF8!

Actually, Sony has stated many times that although they are developing it on the PC, it will only be out on xbox/ps3.

Sony doesn't really care because by the time the game does come out...no one will care much due to socom, god of war 3, and other ps3 goodies
EDIT: Also, I am sure it will be better on ps3 due to blue ray. Look at Rage, they said it will be a scaled back version on the 360 because no blue ray thus the visuals and overall experience will be scaled back. Just like Far Cry 2 on 360 vers a PC :D
