I have an older monitor i need to find a vista driver for. With the default "generic" monitor driver in vista its locked to 800x600 i cant get the nvidia control panel to take any custom resolutions for it and ive tried making a custom driver for it with powerstrip. Neither of which worked. Monitor is a Dell E773s I know its old but i only use it as a secondary monitor. would still like to be able to get the res back up to 1280x1024 which is what it would run at with the correct driver under xp. Ive tried forcing it to use the XP driver with no luck. Keeps telling me the driver isnt designed for 64 bit blah blah. All im really wanting to do is change the res. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
