Not sure why you went with loads of single radiators, but i LOVE IT

Such a clean build, i realy like it, one of the best ive seen in a while, well done!

You really didn't want to mod your TJ09 roof did you :p:. Great job on the cable management but I hope you know what additives to put in your loop since you have aluminum and copper together.

You know, silverstone makes brackets to mount 220mm Rads easily.... Oh well!! Looks great, and nice temps! Also, how did you keep your GX2 block so clean? As soon as I touched mine it started to oxidize the copper where I touched it...Maybe I have really acidic fingers or something....

I actually really like all the little 120mm, looks freakin GREAT

I think it looks the best with 120mm looks more SWEET

Hello everyone and thank you for your comments. I decided to go for 2x120 rads (plus the one in the back) because i'm not a modder and i was afraid to mess up the roof of the TJ09. It's almost the same having a 2x120 setup or a 1x240 as a friend of mine has it and his temps are about the same (higher but his house is warmer).

The fluid being used is no other than FESER's blue UV reactive and i think the alu job on the Swiftech can be trusted *crosses fingers* so no worries there :)

As for the GX2 block, i did clean it up with a thing we use to clean the dishes. I'm sorry but English is not my native language and i don't know the word for it. It's made of steel straws and it's very smooth - i guess i can call it "dish-cleaning-steel-straw-thingy"

Cable management was what took me longer, but it's required for proper airflow inside the case. The only things lying around are the watertubes. I also swapped the HDD cages, so the cables are facing the other side of the case, where i'm not looking at :ROTF:

That blue USB cable that goes to the top of the case was also hidden afterwards.

I think not...:shakes:

Be wise to use some sort of corrosion inhibitor, or better yet grab the copper top from Swiftech.
Very nice rig though, just look at all those blocks!

This project is long dead and disassembled, i now have a full-air Core i7/SLI setup, but i cannot keep quiet for a long time :ROTF:

Bought a few items already, but this will be nothing spectacular, just a single CPU loop but made with high quality components. Can anyone guess who makes these outstanding compression fittings?

The perfect combo to go into my drive bays and stay well hidden:

http://www.tech-caffe.com/gfx/project/i7_21.jpg

Do you guys think it's necessary to tighten the fittings with some sort of a pliers (obviously protecting the fittings) or a good hand tightening is enough to do the job?

The GTZ with the 1366 adapter already in place:

These guys really really look stunning. My bad pictures don't do them justice at all :shakes:

More pictures soon, thanks for looking

Looks nice! Hand tightening the fittings should be fine.

My guess is enzotech, because the bump patterns look like the enzotech spacer that I have.
Anyhow, your original build was very clean and beautiful, so I'm excited to see what the new on will be like.

Thank you shazza and Eddie. The connectors are Enzotech indeed ;)

Just waiting on some parts to finish it up.

A small update, already started assembling everything. I am waiting for the Swiftech NBMAX block to arrive as i am not going to fully watercool the motherboard.

Here's a shot of the radiator, installed in the back of the Antec 1200:

http://www.tech-caffe.com/gfx/project/i7_26.jpg

Apogee GTZ already in place as well:

http://www.tech-caffe.com/gfx/project/i7_27.jpg

NBMAX will be installed there once it arrives:

http://www.tech-caffe.com/gfx/project/i7_28.jpg

Clever place to put the pump/acrylic/reservoir combo but how do i fill it up? Yeah, i had thought of it, but didn't realize it would be IMPOSSIBLE to remove the reservoir cover once installed and ready to go :shakes:

http://www.tech-caffe.com/gfx/project/i7_31.jpg

And this is what 10/8 fittings are good for nowadays: Fillport

http://www.tech-caffe.com/gfx/project/i7_29.jpg

Overall look, WAY before completion. Some cable management is still to be made, tube routing, etc:

http://www.tech-caffe.com/gfx/project/i7_30.jpg

More news as soon as the NBMAX block arrives :toast:

Continuing the saga after solving a overheating problem caused by the lack of dissipation from the GTS LITE radiator...

After everything assembled and testing the temperatures:

http://www.tech-caffe.com/gfx/project/i7_34.jpg

Main objective completed, take out the huge air cooler and be able to see the motherboard:

http://www.tech-caffe.com/gfx/project/i7_35.jpg

Some more detail here:

http://www.tech-caffe.com/gfx/project/i7_36.jpg

FESER tubing with enzotech connectors:

http://www.tech-caffe.com/gfx/project/i7_37.jpg

The widely known GTZ:

http://www.tech-caffe.com/gfx/project/i7_38.jpg

And his pal, who puts up with the x58's heat:

http://www.tech-caffe.com/gfx/project/i7_39.jpg

The new GTX Lite radiator (only one that fits) so i can have good temperatures:

http://www.tech-caffe.com/gfx/project/i7_40.jpg

New pump placement, slightly lower so i could take out the ugly fillport:

http://www.tech-caffe.com/gfx/project/i7_41.jpg

Filling up and taking air out:

http://www.tech-caffe.com/gfx/project/i7_42.jpg

Minouche, my little curious helper:

http://www.tech-caffe.com/gfx/project/i7_43.jpg

Like this i have the same temperatures i had with the Noctua.

My main objectives were attained:

1) Take out the NOCTUA cooler, although very much efficient, wasn't letting me look at the gorgeous Rampage II Extreme properly :ROTF:

2) Cool out the Northbridge which could reach high 60's while gaming to something below 35º celsius.

3) Maintain or even lower the i7's temperatures.

Next please

Nice looking! Who's made Enzofittings? BP or they self?

Love the pic of Minouche. Good progress ... so, what is your radiator setup now?

The white tubing sure looks great with nice and efficient tube routing. Now I just want to see your little helper in action. ;)

Nice work overall. Let's see some more pics.

I'm jealous of your internal 220. My MCR doesn't fit and I had to go external on the back =/ Looks good!

I must confess i'm not sure although i do think they're made by Enzotech themselves

I am using a Black Ice GTX Lite 240, the only radiator that fits in the back without major modifications. My aim was to use a FESER model, but it just wouldn't fit. The initial idea was to have a full aircooled PC, but i didn't like the look of the huge air cooler in the middle of the motherboard, so... :p:

Sure, now that everything's finished (well, almost, still adding a final detail) i can take a few shots to the setup as is. You probably know the Antec 1200 so you know the Acrylic window isn't all that good looking, that will get replaced in the future as well with a nicer one.

Ditto!!! And I agree, white tubing + comps + clean routing = win

Although I must admit, I do miss the blue - was a rather nice shade
