I'm on the way to the store to get a HD-4870 to upgrade my old 2x7800GTX OC running in SLI.

I have an ENERMAX EG565 (535W). Is it compatible with the HD-4870?

Yup, http://www.enermaxusa.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=107&osCsid=a5b1756cfd7c689cf31a7f5a48f0bb7f says it has 2 pci-x PEG connectors; you should be good to go ;) It certainly has the power, anyway.
