As I was sitting and OC'ing last night, something suddenly happened. :(

I was slowly getting upwards, around 490 MHz FSB, then my computer crashes with BSOD.

And now, no matter what I do, I can't change the clock frequency of my CPU. I can change it in BIOS and save to CMOS, but when i get to POST, stock speeds are shown, stock speeds are also shown in CPU-Z. If I try to use SetFSB, I get an SMBus error?

Plus, if I disable intel EIST function, my clock speed should stay at 3GHz, but when I look at CPU-Z, my multiplier is lowered to 6 in idle, meaning EIST isn't disabled even though BIOS tells me when I enter BIOS menu.

I have tried:
Clear CMOS with jumper
Battery pulled out for 10 min
EDIT: BIOS flash from F2 to F3e

nothing works..

What is going on?

EDIT: I just tried to flash my BIOS from F2 to F3e, but that didn't help. Also when i set CPU clock control to auto (stock) it says my CPU clock is 900 MHz.. 100 MHz x 9. But when i boot, its 333x9 = 3 GHz..
