better l2 cache or memory latency?

i did the everest memory and cache test and, which should i stay:

-multi 8 and 490 fsb.

-multi 9 and 445 fsb.

i just ran counter strike source test and with multi 8 490fsb i got more 5fps:rofl:

you gotta remember it has more l2 cache
concentrate on memory lattency+ bandwidth

Just a question, what if i change for a better ram, can i drop latency?cuz memset says my team elite is in performance 11!Can it be performance 7 with expensive memories, or this is an issue of the MB?

i used a 965-dq6 for a few weeks n :rofl: junk
dfi ut p35 the best board ;) or get a nice cheap biostar p45 n watch bandwidth jump to 9500+ with same memory @ 500fsb
