Hello, would someone be able to breakdown the RMA process time? Where is the US site located?
RMA Approval: 72hrs
Shipping to G.Skill:
G.Skill Verification: ???
Shipping to Customer: ???

I agree with you. I sent rma request e-mail twice. But I am not sure that you guys received the requests or rejected?
I need such verification quickly, so I can take next action.
Also, I registered GSkill Forum on the official site. but it didn't send me an activation e-mail. That's why I came to this forum.
Hopefully, gskill set up some better method for rma process like others.
Sending a request. If no reply, then send again? This just makes me spend time without reason.

Shipping to G.Skill: your shipping method
G.Skill Verification: 1 business day process
Shipping to Customer: 2~3 days via USPS
