View Full Version : Weird problems with G27 bios.

First of all in the bios in usb settings i get this,when i select EN_CODE.BINrage Function the pc hangs and i have to restart.
Fixed this with bios G26.

Also cpuid is not working correct for me as you can see i have clocked my QX9650 to 4GHz and it shows as 3.6ghz and the volt reading is wrong.

Think i should try the G28 bios?

yes, thats a bug in the usb menu, it should be fixed in G28 :)
at least i cant trigger it in G28 so far...

so the multiplier is not working in windows?
what did you set in BIOS?
EIST = native mode
Frequency unlimit = enabled?
what are your windows power management settings?

EIST =disabled is this the problem?

yes, i think so, set it to native mode.
basically EIST controls multiplier adjustments on the fly, if its disabled, then you wont be able to change multipliers in windows at all, and itll always reset to the default multi.
