Quick connect/ disconnect fittings in the uk?

Im thinking of building an external water keg type thing and im looking for some quick connect/shut off connectors, i cant seem to find any.

I was just looking for the same thing, and apparently the Colder NS6 is the best option available (but a bit expensive). They are spill-free and the resistance is inconsequential to our purposes.

For 1/2" barbs, you need the following (one connection)
NS6D17008 -- 1/2 Hose Barb Valved In-Line Coupling Body
NS6D22008 -- 1/2 Hose Barb Valved Coupling Insert
Two connections (in/out) will run you £46 + £10 delivery + VAT = £66

Do a search for all posts made by me - I posted Cole Palmer (aka CPC) part numbers and URLs a month or so back.

Picture's of fitting can be found in some of my other posts.

The parts I listed have 1/2" barbs, and a 3/8" flow channel. They only spill a few ml of liquid when disconnected (assuming you get the shutoff type).
