XFX 780i Problem

hey

it just bought a XFX 780i motherboard. My problem is that i can only start the computer from a cold start. When i try to reboot, it just turns black screen, it sounds like the computer just keeps on running. It is the same when i try to change in the bios. Plus i cant get my Samsung S-ata DVD Drive to work on the board. Please help me, i realy wanna get this to work and start gaming.

I have the same problem with rebooting my striker 2 formula..i have yet to find an answer.

so your just, starting from a cold start evry time ?

Yep the lights are on but no one is home :\ I dont turn my system off very offten any ways.

okay, its just that, i cant change in bios either.

so you cant change bios settings or you cant get into bios?

i cant change in bios, because it cant reboot. Can you change in bios?

My problem is rebooting in windows I didnt have a problem restarting after bios changes.

Not sure call up Xfx tech support im sure they have more answers than I do.

I would call them tech support via email can be a bit off cuz you end up talking to diffrent ppl about the problem.

plus talking to them is tons faster

but i live in denmark, so wouldnt it be very expensive?

They should have a tech support office some where near you I would do some research and find out.
