From what ive seen 17/06 and 04/07 are the ones to get. post your pack dates and overclocks guys (voltages too plz :p).

06/19/2002 Philly made and I get 3017 1.82volts as my highest so far. :)
Was stable for 9 prime tests then failed the 10th test. I was able to do all sandra benches though, CPU, Multimedia and Memory. Didnt try 3dmark yet...:)

06/06/02 Malaysia, L213B370-1905. Does 3060 at 1.90V but running 2.92 at 1.75V.
I tested another one, same batch and pack date, only batch # on cpu was 1865. It was a dog that didn't do 2.9 at 1.8V.
Luck of the draw.

dudei have gone through 4 different chips:
6/17/02 Costa Rican: 2.9 ghz with 1.75 volts
6/14/02 Costa Rican: 2.933 ghz with 1.75 volts
6/13/02 Malay: 2.866 ghz with 1.75 volts
6/20/02 Costa Rican: 2.95ghz with 1.75 volts.
still no 3ghz yet, will keep trying til i get one, i use most of these for my dads work so thats why i have tested a few of them.

06/28/02 Malay 2.26@2983mhz for 3d mark will go higher 1.79v

Mav - would you mind asking marci if he can get hold of a 04/08 packdate 2.26b (or as close as poss - as long as its a July it should be a little minter :p).
Will be buying mid week(ish) next week.
Determined to get that 3315mhz with that sweet stick of samsung hes got for me.

hmmm I cant seem to locate ANY intel cpus at over-clock.co.uk, only lists a couple AMD ones.

Im now at max 3102 with this same cpu and im stable at 3050 100% looping 3dmark and stuff. I have a new score of 14266 and trying for 14.5K today...:)

CS I got her to prime 30 tests for 15 mins @ 2830 1.64volts and 51 degrees..... with the default cooling for my max OC. I to be honest cant remeber if I got it higher than that with default cooling soz dood.
The 3gig+ speeds have been with Watercooling and to be stable over 3gig I had to put a sunon 35cfm fan blowing on my NB. It doesnt go over 48degrees now and the cpu maxes out at 41load...:) 3051 @ 1.81volts seems to be my best 3dmark speed for the time being but im still playing..:)
07/02/02 - Does 3230 @ 1.75v's... May go higher bu that was the highest I tested in the hour I had to try it... Am back to play with it properly now :D

Best i could find was 12/07/02 pack date. Testing tonight.
Also got some new DDr400 memory to test tonight.
Will post up how it goes.
Prometia is ordered and paid for but a 3 week lead-time ;(.

I think the new Malaysian July pack dates are the best ones to get?
I wouldnt mind selling mine and getting one of these newer steppings or something

EDIT: well im at 3ghz w/ 1.66vcc..... it wont let me have 1.70v... mbm says 1.66??? anyway the july are good i guess

Running 2763, 1.52V on IT7, Bong cooled with Maze 3
Not just the pack dates are important, you'll have to read the full FPO/BATCH # which is marked on the cpu itself.
