Hi,

long time since I posted something, but I have a problem.

I just formated my computer and remade all my storage plan in my computer and I now have lot of problem with my Raid array.

Here is the info:

Motherboard: Asus P5B Premium Vista Edition
C2D 6600 @3Ghz 2Gb of Ram
Hard Drives:
2x 250Gb (WD and Seagate, both 16gb 7200rpm SATA2) in Raid 0
3x 500gb (2x hitachi and a WD all SATA2)
Windows Vista Ultimate x64 SP1

Problem is the performance are very slow. I can't play any game (game are installed outside the Raid array) since the Hard drive work a lot and game finish to freeze. (the whole computer then freeze, so I have to reboot and do a Raid repair for like 3 hours)

I tried reinstalling the raid drivers, defrag, rebuilding the raid.. Moving the pagefiles to one of my 500gb drive... I'm a bit clueless. I had similar problem with a Raid5 before, where the onboard controler was so painfully slow.

I had a Raid1 before with the same drives, but they were partitioned. I remade it to get 1 partition of 250gb and I since have all those problem.

I join an image of HDTach of my Raid. I don't think it's normal, but I don't quite know.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Edit: Sometime, with just Outlook, itune and Firefox open, the music "shutter" like if there was a read access problem. Music is stored on another drive.
