i would go with a 550W psu, and i dont think that a sound card would be necessary

also dont forget some mx2

I would get 2x2Gb RAM, soo cheap nowadays.

I would consider an 550w corsair as well...if the price difference is small.

Depending on the price the xigmatek tower coolers are an better choice, they perform alot better than the AC-F7pro, specially @ low fan speeds.

Other than that, nice selection :yepp:
