ok so it's just about finished, both gpu cores, no mem as of yet, and I'm not sure wether or not I'll do the memory, because that overclocks well as it is.....

From what i remember there was no gain from vmem mod.
You might want to secure your wires so they dont come off the solder points.

yep, I'm securing the wires today and cleaning them up, finished the vmod at about 2 a.m. so I was so tired lol. thank for the input!

Low res is fine.... but in-focus would really help on the 2nd picture. ;) I think the 1st pretty much covers it though. Thanks so much for posting this, is there any chance you could try 1 or 2 more pictures or even just the 2nd picture in focus? That would be so appreciated!

Even if you don't take more pictures, could you show us (ME) where to measure the VCORE on these bad boys? Thanks Phil!!

Nice work too BTW, looks fairly clean.

well, imageshack keeps rejecting my images all of the sudden and same with the forum so I cant post more pics of my voltmod. but as soon as I can I will.

hers the tutorial and it gives you the measure points for both vcores

wohoo all voltmods (X2&2X3870's) work like a charm ;) this is great, because believe it or not, this was my first voltmod, and honestly couldn't have done it without some of the threads here on XS. I'll have some benches and whatnot up soon, also will have some pics of the hd3870 voltmods. keep checking if you are interested on seeing the difference that a stock card and a voltmodded card is.
