View Full Version : Is it possible to mod DteK Fuzion CPu block

Hi there ;
I am getting a new DteK Fuzion CPu block V2 (on the way already) . So i will end up with two block the version one (D-tek cpu ) and two (D-tek cpu v2 ) ,
Is it possible to mod one of them on my 8800 GT ???.
I am using a poor zalman cooler on my video card my be this D-tek will help :D:D:D:D.

i dont think that the holes for mounting will come anywhere close to matching up

It might work...

The only issue I could foresee is if the base of the block is larger than the space between the mounting holes.

You could always use some Arctic Adhesive.... :P

No really, don't do that. ^^^

yes you could. Just put it on, get a piece of steel or some hard metal, drill holes to align it to your gfx and waterblock, and walla. It might be too big though. It might also take up more than 2 slots, unless you mod the top and/or use some 90s
