removing paint from Radiator fins,, helpfull???

two part question

1. would using a power sprayer (pressurized water) to remove the paint from the cooling fins work or just screw them up???

2. Does removing the paint help cool better ??

You'd probably just bend all the fins beyond all recognition.

I think you'd most likely be better off using a heater core instead at that point

+1 on bending all of the fins, and it would be better for about a month, then the unprotected copper would start to corrode. (oxidize)

forgot copper oxidizes thought that was mainly alum. oh well was just a thought
