Im going to get a 750i and realized the memory standard is 1066 and my RAM is 800, will it still work?
Also im getting some SATA cables, should i get SATA II or just SATA?

Yes your RAM will still work. On the cables I'm not aware if they are different.

SATA is physically identical to SATA II - it's an electrical difference only. So either will do.

So which one is better? I got a 7500RPM harddrive and a 10,000RPM drive.

Neither cable is "better" than the other - they're physically identical. They literally could have come from the same box and just landed in separate bags. The difference between SATA / SATA II lies only in the hard drive/controller communication.
