View Full Version : corsair, for me ? poor rma services ...

First, excuse me for my english cause I am French and it is not so easy..

I bought one kit of Corsair 1800C7, now one stick is really dead, tried on each slot ( eVGA nF790i ), with 2.0 or 2.1V, no way one stick is dead and the other one going the same way.

I have opened a ticket throught Corsair website, but all I had for response was to explain my rig and again explain and explain always same mails..

Now time has passed and I am totally crazy with this so expensive ram and so poor rma services..

Help me Yellowbear please, but,
my problem is, that I have lost the emails from corsair and do not
have the link to the website where I ask the rma.. I can give you my name
and my email, I think it can be done with my email to do a research

I open a ticket one month or more ago...
Now is time to act and not to talk.

Pleased you see me, sorry for the bad advertise for Corsair :/
The problem is I erased the email from Corsair and do not remember
the ticket number .. So now, could propose me something ?
Do you my email or my name, perhaps you could do a research ?

Log in to TSX Express again with your name and password. If you cannot find your old ticket number, start a new ticket and give me that number. I will expedite your RMA.

Cause I did a new ticket 10 days ago, see :
