I'm not trying to sell this or anything, but rather wondering if anyone actually can vouch for this website?

Buying all these parts individually is well over 3,000 canadian. ( and thats with a q6700 not qx6700)

Don't know how it's done in USA but only have to call CC company here and explain the situation (and sent some 'evidence' like email if needed) and they get the money back for me. :up:

Paypal is also little more 'helpful' with getting the money back only condition was, correct me if i'm wrong, that the money needs to be on the Paypal account of the receiver, to get it back.
So if you're quick you can get it back most of the time.
(perhaps they changed the condition now, for getting money back)

That they only refund you if the person has the saldo on his account because:

× Not everybody has a Credit Card, so people without Credit Cards can't be credited (Paypal can't get money of your bank, you need to send it yourself if you want saldo in Paypal). Don't think Paypal wants to pay it out of there own pockets and than see if they can get the money back.

× Person (without Credit Card) can just send money to bank or something and then ignore his Paypal account and all., if he fill in wrong info in his profile and nobody sees him again on that account and he just can make a new one.. Or is Paypal tracking IP's? xD

With my Dutch PP account, I can order anything with paypal, even if my paypal saldo is lower than what I want to buy. Everything that can't be paid by the money on my account, gets deducted from my bank account automatically. That might be the case here as well.
