I just need some advice on the motheboard and hsf. This is what I'm worried about the most: Gigabyte Boards and DPC Latency http://forums.anandtech.com/messageview.aspx?catid=29&threadid=2182171&enterthread=y Will probably overclock moderately. Trying to save money where I can and this is mainly for gaming. I Would also like to have low noise if possible.

Case: p180 (already own)

PSU: Antec 500w neopower (already own)

Processor: E8400 (already purchased 150$)

Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-EP35-DS3L or any other alternatives around the same price? Ip35-e seems to be discontinued..

Memory: GeIL 4GB (2 x 2GB)
or
G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB)
or anything cheaper and as good?

Videocard: Evga 8800gts 512mb (already own)

Cooling: ocz vendetta 2Ocz Vendetta 2 (38$) + Arctic Cooling MX-2 ($6) + Thermalright LGA775 Bolt-Thru-Kit ($7) + (7$shipping) = $58
or
Noctua NH-U12P ($58) + (7$shipping) = $65
or ???

I see, thanks for the reply. What about the heatsink, not sure which way to go?
