I no that when fans are attached to the back of a thermochill rad they need to be nere a vent on the case.

My ? is do the fans blow cool air on the water or do the fans take the heat out the rad and blow it outside the case ??.

All so I am using Yate Loon D12SL-12 120mm fans on my rad would I notice much diffrence upgrading to a much fast fan like the Scythe Ultra Kaze 120 x 38mm Cooling Fan, 2000RPM

recomeded fan set up for the thermochill is using fans up to 100cfm on the rad in a pull configuration using a schroud. This is assuming you're using a pa120.3

I am using pa120.2 so fans attached to my rad should be pulling the air out and blowing it outside the case ?

I have currently got these fans which seem very popular http://www.chilledpc.co.uk/shop/product_info.php?cPath=75_89&products_id=48 but I want maximin cooling and I am not bothered about noise as I game and watch movies loud so I am wondering if its worth buy 2 of these for my rad http://www.chilledpc.co.uk/shop/product_info.php?cPath=75_90&products_id=526

That's if I would notice much difference regards to water temp ?

yes your fans should be pulling air through the rad.

As far as fans, your using a pretty low cfm fan so an upgrade I imagine would help.
