how do you import a pic onto a pic
say i had a beach background and wanted to import a person onto this background, how do i do it.

You select the person with the fuzzy tool, add a transparent layer, then click edit>clear. Then you can move the person to the beach.

IDK, I use gimp. Photoshop is for failures.

Or the rich. The newest and supposedly greates Photochop retails ~$600 at the student discount and ~1000 for retail.
BTW, did you have any issues installin gonto Vista?

Open both images in windowed mode, and click and drag. Make sure you're using the arrow tool.
