Home office upgrade

i need some advice for upgrading my home office, i kinda know what i want but i have no clue where or what to really get.

1. Complete system backups - something like hard disk images (Used them in high school loved them) plus the possibility to restore from a network server for three pc's

2. decient laser printer AIO - just looking for a good laser printer that has a network scanner with ADF, and a fax capibilites,

3. server for back ups, DHCP, web server, firewall
* i have server 2k3 thanks to MSDNAA :D

4. good 6-8 port switch

well i've had HP,D-Link and Netgear swtches from 4 - 16 port, i'd go HP or Netgear, i'm currently running a 16 port Netgear in my home office/games room and haven't had an issue for 2 years

I'm not sure about laser printers

When u ask about a server for backup etc, are u looking for a ready made server or to build one? And need advise on hardware?
I just bought a Dell Dual 2.4GHz Xeon u320 DELL PERC 3x 74GB 10,000rpm RAID 5 a couple of years ago to do my MCSE and that's been really good
