i have winXP,
and i need the JVM for it,
i can't download it from MS site,
can't find the damn thing anywhere!

Seriously, at least use kazaa lite, if you aren't already. Kazaa is evil. Spyware and other nasty junk. If you really needed it, you oculd go to sun's java site, but hey, you said you already solved your problem.
