I can’t get past step 2 of RMA request. I click to choose RMA Refund for the order I want and then hit select. It comes back saying “We have found 0 items that match your search criteria. Please enter a new item description below. Please use keywords only for better results." Argh! Is it doing this for anyone else?

Awesome!!! Sounds like youve been having a few probs with them recently. I have a friend that is gonna rma a cpu soon, ill ask him.

I sent an e-mail to the webmaster. It's fixed now. The only problems I've had other than that is I ordered a Leadtek GF4 Ti4600 and like 2 days later they put the MyVIVO version up, which is why I am RMAing. They're policy lets you RMA anything for refund without a restocking fee as long as you purchase ANYTHING else between the time the RMA number is issued and they receive the item back. Not a bad deal.
