Memory subtimings?

Can anyone give me some rough guidelines or insight into how to set my RAM subtimings? What effect would tightening down these timings have on bandwidth? Will I need a lot more voltage to run these tighter timings? (more than .1 or .15? I was running 2.3 volts for the result below.
