View Full Version : What's the best way to stream DivX/Xvid from Vista to 360?

I understand that December's 360 update added DivX support through thumb drive and hard drive but still doesn't support a DivX stream from MCE. How hare you guys getting around this or what console are you guys using? ie. Linksys DMA2100.....

Transcode360 is what quite a few people seem to use for these sorts of things. Personally i tried transcode 360 and it was complete garbage so i got rid of it.

Thanks Scubar, I may give that a try. I don't understand why local DivX support was added and not streaming??:confused:

Hmm I havent tried thumbdrive/network/hd stream but I just burn my videos on a DVD and play it flawlessly on it.

TVersity works like a charm. Check it out, it's free and it converts vid on the fly.
