Hi guys

What do you think is the best method of installing the True I have a Antec 900 case with that big 200mm fan ontop so Im wondering what would be the the better way to install the true im thinking horizantally but then i would be getting hot air from my 8800gtx.

you'd be correct, I've tried it out in my own case too (CM690, 1 rear 120mm, 2x120mm top)

blowing upwards yielded around 5C hotter temps, only conclusion is that its sucking up hot air from the card.

while I do understand hot air would be rising from the card all the time, at least horizontal blowing is taking fresh air from the front.

My backup MB when my Asus MB is getting RMAed is a Foxconn Mars. To clear the massive NB cooler I was forved to mount my TRUE blowing upword.

I noticed around the same 5c diffrence in Temps that lucky did, and came to the same conclusion, my 3870X2 was leaking heat up into the fan on my TRUE.

I would mount it blowing out the back of your case, right in to that 120mm fan you have in the back of the 900.
