ok, so i have let say, 1 3870X2 and 1 3850... what category should i put it in? the 3870X2 or 3850?

what should i choose, 3x cards or 2x cards? considering i have 3 gpus but with 2 card...

2 cards for sure.
About the category, ask Massman to be sure.

2card and 3 card is same section, there only 2 sections 1 and 2-3-4

im a bit confuse now, i dont know where to put my score.. physically its 2 cards.. if i put in 2x 3870X2 category then of course im beaten by 4 gpus monster, but if i put it on 2x 3870 then its not fair since i have 3 gpus. for now i put it on 3x 3870... please hwbot mods enlightened me :)

Hey Guys, unfortunately for now please put it in 2x 3870X2 category.
We count phyiscal slots on the motherboard, not the GPU cores, so 1x 3870X2 is 1 VGA + 1x 3850 is 1 VGA is= 2x.
You need to post in the highest rated card, 2x slot for now, as there are subcategories for different mixes for Hybrid CF/SLI

I've moderated your scores to the 2x3870X2 category, sorry :(

jmke is correct... don't know if we ever will add full support for hybrid CF, as it makes a mess of the rankings.
