memory question about read and write and a memory chip question

can anybody tell me what kind of chips are in the mushkin 2x2gb ddr2 800 pc2 6400 dual channel model number 996587, and i have another question about the memory im using now team group 1200. on everest v2.20.466 beta it will not read my latency its just got unknown under cpu it has my mhz then the motherboard is unknown it just says 0.0ns. the write is 3244 mb/s the read is 24096 mb/s as far as the write goes is this good or is there something i can do to get it higher, and the read is 24096 is this good. thanks for any help. im runnig a dfi x48 t2r , e8400 , 1010 power supply , team group 1200 memory it is set at 1059. im running all auto settings on the memory timings.

The read rate isn't true, it's a bug.
You're running a really really old version of everest, and that's why it doesn't show you all the information, etc.
Visit lavalys.com and download the latest version.

As for the chips, I think they're using Promos ICs.
