So im looking for a cpu fan for a skl-900 that can move air but yet it isnt verry noisy, any suggestions. Also any suggestions for Fan controllers .

I think most will recommend the Tornado along with a rheo, like the Vantec Nexus (~$20) or the TT Hardcano. A friend of mine has the Hardcano, it's pretty neat because it controls four fans and you can also mount a HD in there if you're short on racks elsewhere in the case. I think Zalman also makes a rheo, but haven't heard much about it.

Either way I think you'll want to go with the Tornado and a rheo. That way you'll have the flexibility of pushing a ton of air when you need it, and still be able to reduce the noise to bearable levels.
