I think SPMark 2004 should be run instead, seems more compatible.

SPMark 2006 won't run on my phone. Says Java version incorrect. I tried updating my phone software but I already have the newest version, so who knows.

I'll post results when 2004 finishes.

don't ask about the 2D/3D difference... i'll run the test again, and not mess with my phone this time when it's running to hopefully get the 2D score to where it should be!

A few weeks ago i saw how to overclock Symbian S60 3rd Nokia phones and at that moment i said 'someone will LN2 the phones in less than 2 years'. What do you know, i think we're getting near really fast :D

Anywho, 6120c here, scores a bit over 1000 marks, will redownload SPMark and retest. No overclocking for me since the phone is really small and overheats quite a lot even when running UMTS - phoning or browsing the net.

My friend's N93 beats it by quite a lot - ~9k i think. An N95 scores over 7k on the other hand.

It seems to be hit or miss though. I ran it again and got 7113. On my phone the screensaver comes on in the middle of the test and ruins the test. If I sit there and push a key every 15secs or so then the score improves noticeably.

I tried the java version. It is noticeably poorer in quality compared to the symbian version. Completely different tests.

Yep. It is not a tool to set a clock speed yourself. You have to install 2 files and that it. I've also seen a tool for the N-gage QD, but as far as i know the e62 can't be overclocked.

Hi, well i just got around to benching my n82. On the JVM test it runs then finishes then runs again over and over so i had to interrupt it. Should I be worried that my phone is doing this? Any possible reason?
Also my phone's performance is nowhere near Moda's phone performance, so, being at xtremesystems =)) you guys got any ideas on how to sqeeze more juice out of the OMAP chip?

(Moda, did you do anything specific to get a better score?)
