DFI nf3 s754 won't boot up,dram led mysteri!

Hi everyone.

I've just got a DFI nf3 250 MB. I have had one, so this is the second one.

This is my rig:
OCZ PS520W or Tagan 480W (i have switched them and the problem persist)
Some ddr1 modules (tccd, elpida, BH5..)
Mobile +3200
video: x800xt pe/9800pro/vodoo 16mb PCI.


The thing is, that it just don't boot up. The firsts times it booted up like 5 of 7 times. Later, it booted up 3 of 7 times. And now it just boot 1 of 10 times or worst. So this is what i've figured out:

The times it won't boot, the MB Ddram led isn't lit. At first, with touching the 20pin cable or the memory modules the led lit up and it worked. But now, it doesn't matter if i move a bit the modules or the 20pin cable.

I have switched every component (except the cpu, i dont have other one) that i mentioned above, with the same results.

I did too a clear cmos without battery for 10-15mins and no results again. Now the MB Ddram led just doesn't light up anymore or only 1/20 times.

So this is all. I don't know what to do more.
