i've always thought it was kind of interesting, but i never had any time to play around with it or even install it for that matter.

what are your opinions?

Never have, but I'd like to play with it.

Ran it like 4 years ago and was sad to see BE go under. I thought it was a real trick os. Maybe I'll have to play with it again.

thanks for that link Peckers. and yeah Palm bought Be, i thought the Palm OS was going to get really cool, but it didn't.

i'm downloading the images right now. maybe i'll do a dual boot setup. it'll be cool to mess with at least.

wow, i was 22 when i last posted in this thread!

anyway, after messing around with BE on my main rig a bit, i found that it wasn't compatable with my SCSI card.

so i just recently picked up a laptop and installed it for the hell of it, and it's pretty sweet. can't get it working with my 802.11b card though.

any insights into that?
