Hello mates

I'm design my New rig Build, I will Use this case Gigabyte Aurora 570 I like it and it have ton of space and it's solid build.

The idea is the Air come from front intake fans and it cool the hardware and come out from back hot.

I will water cool it, So the rad 120mm will be in the Front Bottom, to intake cool air and blow hot air on the hard disks and so on... I will cool Q9450 @ the max speed I can reach + Crossfire ATI cards, don't know 3870 or the coming 4870 or maybe X2 not sure yet. In 1 loop. The NB and SB will be air cooled no water for them

SO here the diagram show the air flow and temps

SO any ideas guys? I will use the Fans on low noise RPM, but I'm not sure about 1 120mm can handle all this heat so any idea ?

Thanks

There is no way 1 120mm rad can handle all of this. Go for a 130.3, or a 120.2 at the very least. Your temps with a 120.2 won't be very good, however.

130.3 ????????? or do you mean 120.3 ?!

this for VGA

The problem is the VGA Blocks

dont buy those kits...
though they are very tempting in that they seem to enclose it very nicely performance wise and quality wise... you're not going to be pleased...

if any kits, go for any one of these from Petras... (http://www.petrastechshop.com/wacoki.html)

but i'd suggest you go research the forums a bit more before buying anything...

make a list of items you want to buy
make a list if items you want to cool
and then get some suggestions...

CPU:
Block, EK Supreme or D-Tek

RAD:
depends on what you are putting on your loop but...
Thermochill 120.3 is good, hard to find, but good... but you may not be able to fit it inside the case...
you can also opt for a 120.2 or even a 160... but again, depends on your loop.

MCR320 is slimmer and nicer...
but it seems that from your case selection, you will have issues with ANY 120x3 sized radiators... unless you mount it outside of your case.

VGA... again, there are many better blocks than that you linked from Newegg...

you are spending good money, do it right from the start...

personally, i'd set up something like this...
http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f9/kinghong1970/one.jpg

that will require you to do some modding in the backside of your PC... move the PSU nearer to the MB, also, you may want to brace your PSU against the rail so it hangs from it, since it wont rest on top of it as it's meant to be.

this frees up enough space on top to squeeze in a MCR320 and fans up there.

also, you will have room for a 120.1 in front or back side if you ever feel the need for it.

just my thoughts...

well, i'd also like to feed to the RAD and RAD out direct to the blocks but...

yeah that's what I mean spent more money to get some thing give me what I want.

I want cool the CPU + VGAs ( 1 loop )

CPU Block : http://www.petrastechshop.com/dfuuncpubl1.html
VGA BLOCKs : 2X NO IDEA ! 3870 ATI
PUMP : http://www.petrastechshop.com/lad5badend5i.html
RAD : http://www.petrastechshop.com/dadenblicepr2.html
RES: no res a tube style :

for the 3870 X2
(http://www.petrastechshop.com/ekx2fucowafo.html)
for the 3870 (http://www.petrastechshop.com/ekfc3870cf.html)

mind you, these are both quite expensive...

i've had no personal experience with ATI boards...

as for RES, i've heard that MCR320 is better... the HWLabs affects flow rate...

it seems that you do have to do some modding in order to fit a 320 radiator inside the case... easy way is get some long screws and stand off at rear... i never did like radbox...

as for radiators, any of these (http://www.petrastechshop.com/reservoirs.html)is ok... the bay ones are PIA to refill... and sometimes make nice gurgly noises... i've also heard that it is tougher to bleed...

EK tubes styles are nice, i use the 100 size myself... but due to size, the vortex it creates guarantees air to get mixed in loop... i use it as a T-Line res... if you want, you can try the 150... but bigger sizes i hear is better for bleeding...
and you cant go wrong with Swiftec MicroRes... make sure you get it re-tapped on top to G1/4... makes life easy...

ha ha ha... i think i';ve jsut realized you want to do a T-Line...

I can do the mod no problem at all

but you made the flow from the GPU to CPU? I think it's wrong. it's from CPU to GPU.

or what ?

the Blocks are Expansive :( that's the problem , can't find cheaper one ? not full cover ?

yea, i was thinking of that... i rather have

RAD -> CPU -> GPU -> GPU -> RES -> PUMP -> RAD

you can do it... tubings gonna be a bit longer.. i think...

and as for the FC's, yea, they are expensive...
i'm not sure in this area...

here's a bit better...
XSPC Razor ATI 3870HD Full Coverage VGA Water Block $89.99 (http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=240&products_id=23429)

but again, i never had any personal experience with this so you may wanna do a search for 3870 and see what you get...

I found the COST ! 400$$$, mmmmmmm I don't think I will get that 400$ preform !!!!!! mean 400$$ For another 3870X2 and change 3870 for 1 3870X2 and HAVE CF X2 will be way better than getting water cooling ?! LOL,

Keep on mind that the q9450 is limited FSB so even if I have sick cooling I will not use it. can't go more than 475
